Human Impact as part of Cornerstone International Group is listed in the Association of Executive Search Consultants organization. The AESC, founded in 1959, is the worldwide professional association for the retained executive search and leadership consulting industry. Its Code of Ethics and Professional Practice Guidelines are recognized throughout the industry.

Membership in the AESC is widely seen as the premier recognition of quality in our industry said Simon Wan, Chairman of Cornerstone International Group, Our membership speaks to the very high standards of our retained search services to clients.
The AESC’s newest member was voted in unanimously following the association’s global conference in New York last week. It came after a six month review of Cornerstone’s operations on three continents.
The AESC sets the bar pretty high, explained Wan. They have three governance councils in different regions of the world and, because we are a global organization, we had to satisfy all three councils in order to be accepted.
Cornerstone International Group is made up of over 40 owner-managed search and leadership consulting firms in 70 locations. In the past year it has added operations in Indonesia, Korea, Australia (2), Brazil, Mexico, Germany and Canada (2).
