VP R&D for a startup company in Petach-Tikva
At least 4-5 years of experience with R&D management
8-10 years of hands on Java/Scala backend development
Vast experience with distributed systems backend architecture
Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL databases
Experience with the following technologies is a big plus:

• Apache Hadoop, Spark, Spark Streaming, Storm, Samza, Kafka, Akka
• Complex event processing
• ETL processing
