Job description:
- In charge of all mass production and prototype production process at the production site. Lead Sub contractor team and local SE team on site.
- Focal point and coordinator between company departments to the subcontractor.
- Leading the implementation of new technology, engineering change at the production site while cooperating with different departments in SE.
- Follow-up and lead site production improvements in cooperation with SE quality department: yield and quality crises at the site.
- Follow-up and lead engineering improvements in cooperation with site and SE process engineering- cycle times, production jigs etc.
- Focal point to supply chain improvement with variant suppliers in China – technical point of view.
Job requirements:
- Former experience in team build and leading position.
- Academic degree in MechanicalIndustrialElectrical engineering.
- 7-10 Years of experience in multidisciplinary company.
- Experience in engineering process and Mass production.
- Creative, “Out of the box” thinking, Multi-tasking, Self-motivated, self-maintained and able to take the initiative to solve problems.
- Team player.
- High skills in English, speaking and writing.
- Advantage: Experience in Agile
